Is there a time commitment when I enroll in Our Page?
There is no long term commitment, you can cancel at any time.

Can I try your service before I buy?
Yes, we can provide you with a temporary password to our demonstration website. Call us today!

When will my website be completed?
Once we receive all the required information from you, your website will be ready in 10 business days or less.

Does Our Page write the content for my website?
No, the content of the website is your responsibility. If you feel you cannot provide this, we can refer you to someone to assist you with this process.

Will Our Page be the owner of my domain name?
No, you will be assigned ownership of the domain name you choose. Our Page will be the Administrative, Technical and Billing contact for your domain as long as you are enrolled in our service.

Can Our Page Guarantee Placement on Google, Yahoo or MSN?
At Our Page we design our websites to be Search Engine Optimized and we submit your site to the 3 major search engines. Google, Yahoo and MSN are independent of Our Page, therefore we cannot guarantee placement on their search engines.

How can I submit my website to other search engines?
Please visit the LCMI Web Solutions website and purchase the Search Engine Visibility search submission tool. This tool will allow you to automatically submit your site to nearly all the search engines.

Can I have a counter on my website?
We don't recommend that a counter be visible to visitors. As part of your service you will receive detailed traffic analysis reports on a monthly basis. These reports are sent to your email monthly.

Can I add E-Mail accounts at any time?
Yes, Our support department can add or remove E-Mail accounts upon request.

What is included in the 1 Hour of maintenance I receive per year?
The maintenance can be for anything you choose, such as E-Mail administration or Website revisions. Any security updates or updates to the Our Page Control Panel are provided free and do not count against the 1 hour of free maintenance.

If I cancel my service, can I have my website hosted by another provider?
Yes, a Software License may be purchased at the time of cancellation that will allow you to use the Our Page Software and Design on a single website. See the Terms of Service for more information.

What if I cancel my service and decide not to purchase a Software License?
All Our Page Designs websites are provided on a subscription basis. If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline. You may request a text file of the contents of your website, which will be provided at no charge. See the Terms of Service for more information.

I would like to buy the our page software and have it hosted elseware, can I do that?
Yes, a Software License is also available to non-subscribers. See the Terms of Service for more information.

Referral Program

At Our Page Designs we value our current customers. We also understand that the best form of advertisement is through the referrals of our clients.

Here is how our referral program works:

Any current Our Page customer is eligible. For each business you refer that signs up for our service and remains a customer for 6 months you will receive a cash rebate equal to one month's service.

You can provide a referral in one of three ways:

1. Call us and give us the name of the business you would like us to contact on your behalf.
2. Use the contact form on the "About Us" page, placing "Referral" in the subject line.
3. Contact the business you would like to refer and give them our number. When they contact us have them mention your business name.
